Penny Wars is a fundraiser where teams compete for the most points. Students/families bring in pennies and/or checks and bills to place in their team jar for positive points and silver coins to decrease the amount of points in other jars.

How it works
Students are divided into grade-level teams and each is assigned a collection jar. Staff will also have a collection jar.

Pennies/Bills/Checks are positive points.

All other currencies (silver coins) are negative points.

You can buy positive and sabotage buy points online at jgdpta.com - HINT! There are special points worth more online! This is a great hidden strategy to win!

Strategy tip: Place silver coins in opposing team jars by sending in an envelope marked "SABOTAGE" with the Grade Level you want to receive the negative points.

Unmarked bags will be evenly distributed with all grades.
