The Audit Committee helps ensure the financial integrity and transparency of the John G. Dinkelmeyer PTA. Committee members conduct an semiannual review of the PTA's financial records to verify that income and expenses have been accurately recorded and that funds have been managed in accordance with PTA bylaws and financial procedures. The committee provides an independent review of the Treasurer's records and submits a report to the Executive Board and membership, helping maintain accountability and confidence in the PTA's financial stewardship.
